Barber-Collins opened their doors for the first time on May 1st, 1980 with eight employees. Paul Collins and Don Barber started their company with a vision to be loyal and committed to their employees and customers. They wanted to develop a professional and respected image throughout the Tri-City.

In 1999, nineteen years since the first day of operation, Don Barber retired. The staff had grown from eight employees to two hundred. After Barber's retirement Paul Collins re-evaluated the company's direction and aimed to grow and expand while still maintaining close relationships with clients and employees.

Now, in 2010, with a management team of five, over eighty supervisors and a front line staff of over six hundred, Barber-Collins can proudly say there was not one year that passed without growth. Looking to the future we plan to continue to grow and to develop partnerships with clients.

Our focus is two-fold at Barber-Collins, we value a strong commitment to our employees as well as an organization aimed at providing exceptional customer service.
